Exchange & Return Policy:
The customer bears the full shipping and delivery costs to and from the store unless the error is from the store or the product has a manufacturing defect.
In case of order exchange or return, the customer is responsible for the full shipping and delivery costs to return the product to Almubarkiya Store, whether inside or outside Kuwait.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
A product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt under the same return conditions.
The shipping and delivery fees must be paid by the customer before returning or exchanging the product.
Products can be exchanged or returned in person at our showroom in Sharq, Sanabel Tower.
Refunds for electronic payments will be processed via the bank within 14 days, according to the policies of Visa, Mastercard, and K-Net.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products:
Under the decision of the Ministry of Commerce, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned for health and safety reasons.
Order Fulfillment & Availability:
The website commits to providing the ordered goods within a maximum of 72 hours from the time of order placement unless the delay is due to suppliers.
The website is not responsible for stock depletion or the inability to fulfill purchase requests once an item is out of stock.
